Light and a bit shy on the nose with some white peach, grapes and a touch of orange peel + a pinch of herbs. On the palate racy with beautiful juicy acidity balancing the residual sugar and a strong mineral backbone. The finish is a bit sweet with the mineral streak falling a touch short. A very satisfying Kabinett nonetheless.
