Sick. Moscato from 2000 aged 4ever, forgotten about really. Maybe under Flor I think? Earth. Vinegar. Flowers. Madeira. Petrol, orange. Dry as hell for moscato. More than just a little mid bending.

This wine is quite an experience, intellectual. Bera has been ever since my favourite Moscato producer, and here those varietal aromatics evolve into something extremely complex. Resting under flor for sixteen years is something that makes this wine unique. It's fresh, vegetal, herbal, floral, bone dry and very deep. Meditative. Had it with a grand plateau de fromages and it was just perfect.

Vintage 2000 but bottled in 2016. Complex and rich of flavours, similar to an orange. No sweet at all even if it's a Moscato. Unbeatable.
