Clay amphorae aged Grenache - organic, unfiltered & unfined.
Cloudy and light in colour, slightly funky in the nose, with subtle fresh raspberry and light, sweet cherry, with an earthy, savoury character.
Light on the palate, fresh & vibrant, crunchy red fruit, juicy acidity, a hint of pleasant herby bitterness, an uplifting herbal finish. Room temp - nothing special.
But chilled down to 12C - ooooh! This is perfect with home made burgers! Such a cool flow!
Watch out - disappears in a whiff yet has 14% alc - seamlessly integrated & unnoticeable.
Spain can do glou glou!

Decent grenache but nothing special. Fruity and with some acidity. But a little flat and lacking in depth.
