1985 Contina Reserva Rioja. Dinner w D&M H and B&K K at Woo. Drank after ‘82 Lopez and ‘82 Vina Real. Not quite as enjoyable as the first two. Nothing remarkable abt this one, but still delicious.

Smokey, ashy, creosote minerals. Very nice! Even smokey on the palate but some bright red fruits underly everything. Impressive!
