This Csb/Petit Verdot blend was nuanced and balanced and just fantastic with a ribeye steak. In fact it was so delicious that I focused on the experience of drinking it instead of memorizing any tasting notes. I really like Vina Robles' red blends--big but without the tannin heartburn you get with some cabs. The '07 Sundero is a really solid pairing with a grilled Belcampo NY strip and watermelon-feta salad.
