Doing a cooking class next door to the Cave at Savor. A BYOB cooking class dinner and I brought out a magnum to share with friends. Time to drink this one. I kinda lost interest in this winery but love the Delia story.

Pretty unusual find in a tiny liquor store in Avon CT. Cork had seepage signs all the way up the side but man oh man was this wine in great shape. Soft and friendly nose of sweet and savory spices. Old world palate with understated black fruit, leather, and molasses. The usual "Cab Francy" finish that comes from Viader. Nice to take a risk and have it pay off! Picking up my spring allocation this weekend.
