A vigorous white blend of Pinot Gris 34%, Pinot Blanc 34% and Riesling 32%, all sourced from Central Coast California, and vilified in Tin City, Paso Robles. A skin-contacted, hand-sorted, truly artisan, unfiltered (can be very hazy) and dry, but an uplifting orange-styled wine.
It bursts out peaches, tangerine peel, grapefruit and white flowers, feels incredibly fresh thanks to its fermentation on the skins in concrete vats for 14 days and aged for 5 months for added complexity. Striking balance and amazing refreshing mouthfeel with a lingering but pleasant finish. A patio pounder, Cheers!
