Lemon lime colour in the glass. On the nose there's flinty minerality, , dried limes, hay and a certain beeswax-esque character. I kept going back for another sniff! In the mouth it's juicy and delicious and tastes so fresh despite being 6 years old. It dances across the palate with bursts of citrus and has a wonderful long finish to it. It's only 11% which makes it so easy to consume morning, noon or night.
