Est.75 Tuck Beckstoffer California Cabernet Sauvignon

An alternative yet delicious take on Cabernet from a cooler region of California. The fruit is pure and dynamic, with high toned black berry and red plum notes. The wine lacks the tannins of it's Napa contemporaries but it makes up for that with much better acidity, price and elegance. This is a wine that will impress the wine nerds sick of tasting Cab after Cab after Cab that all taste like oak and juice.

Took a while to open up . Super heavy plum & black berry

Well done California Cab. Soft tannins, not overly oaked.

Very heavy but good

I think this bottle had gone bad. Vinegar taste and cork in the wine.
