A very nice rosè, fruity (wild strawberry) and spicy (black pepper), with scents of mediterranean herbs, low alchol and good acidity. Bitter final, very cleaning. Very drinkable, perfect with appetizers, light pasta and vegetables, fishes in tomato sauce.
