Very balanced, smooth, rich flavor of dark fruit and a slight mineral edge, medium body.

This is not the same as the wine mentioned leads with Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Merlot 30% Cabernet Franc 29% and 1% Petit Verdot - with that out of the way - nice restrained currants and blackberry fruit oak background somewhat young ( Hawkes Bay GI ) tannins medium to medium plus like to have this in a 3-4 year ax

European style Bordeaux blend. Narrow fruit, very minerally. Strong tannin and a finish that wants you asking for more.
