Great structure. This wine smacks you in the face with flavor. Plum, blackberry, black cherry, chocolate, cinnamon, very tiny bit of smoke. It's complex and it all melds together perfectly. Paired great with spaghetti bolognese. We are buying more of this wine!!!

Big flavor up front. More complexity with time. We compared 2010 vintage with the 2007 vintage. They were the same up front, but ‘07 became more glycerol and complex with time than 2010 bottle, so this should be even better in a couple more years!
