Pale lemon color. Aromas of orchard fruit, wet slate and white flowers. Flavors of lemon, peach, pineapple, Asian pear, chalk/flint and leafy herbs. A nice note of earthy saline on the long and persistent finish. Vibrant acidity and quite bright. Medium bodied with a mouth coating and slightly creamy texture. Good concentration and intensity. Aged quite well.
