We put this through the aerator and tried it against a glass straight from the bottle, at first the former was better bit after another half hour in the glasses the latter was preferred. Prior to this half hour though the aerated glass was very dry and reminded Connor at least of the 89 silver oak cab in how the silver oak still had good flavors but had lost its strength and much of its body
