Jul 3rd, 202011yr old Aussie Mataro. Needed 30min or so to start to open up, but once it did, expressed beautiful fruit with the beginnings of secondary caramel character. Very cool!

My kind of wine. 100% old vine Mataro well handled by the Torbreck team. Savoury notes with great concentration and length. 18.
