First bottle of several I bought a number of years ago. Quite quite fresh for a 10 year old wine. Probably would have guessed a nice producer (not too natural or carbonic) Beaujolais if tasted blind. Will be interesting to see how other bottles evolve over the next several years.

Ravioli night. Unique taste to it. Medium bodied.

Red fruit leading to darker berries. Smoke & spice add complexity layers. Tannins are moderate but quite present & acidity is fresh. One of my favorite producers from anywhere and the vintage suits them. Best after a couple hours of air.
