Texture Ferrington Pinot Noir. Medium ruby red in color. The nose is exotic & sell it.
The wine is robust, bright acidity & firm tannins(1-hour decanting)
Ripe cherry, bruised plum, dry savory herb. A pronounced spice finish. Personally would wait another year or so before opening a bottle. Wouldn’t surprise me if somebody thoroughly enjoyed this wine in 10 years. Cheers!

This is the ‘15 Ferrington single vineyard (not showing up on Delectable). Such a baby, needed an hour to become approachable. Crystal clear flavors - black cherry hard candy, autumn leaves, Mexican coca-cola, dried mushrooms, strawberry jam, black truffle, dried herbs. Burgundian winemaking style by @Erich Bradley using new world fruit.
