2015 Texturé Deer Meadows Pinot Noir.
Nose - Perfume, dried leaves, dried cherries. Palate- Cold Red Cherries & in this medium-bodied elegant wine. Moderate tannins & good acidity balance it out well with cinnamon and pine forest notes. The body not too full, and the mouthfeel is generous & pleasing. Pinot that you would have no problem serving for knowledgeable wine group. Edit - Decanted for an hour.
