Tessier has never let me down. It’s got that balance of fruit and earth that is *chef’s kiss

Empty bottle shot? Yes, it was that good.

It’s too bad you can’t see the lovely transparent, but electric Fuschia color. Lots of time in contact with the skins — 12 hour maceration and lovingly foot tread prior to press, so drinks more like a light red than a white. There’s real Pinot fruit and Santa Cruz mountain character here: strawberries, rose hips, stones, fresh herbs, cool breezes blowing through the redwoods. Many layers. Rosé of the summer.
