What an effort! Mouth watering acidity balanced by mouth coating tannins, with a viscous finish that lingers pleasantly. Great wine.

Leather and a little rubber aroma. Red fruit, heavy tannins, coco, cooked beef. Leather finish. Medium + body.

On a QPR scale ($10) this 2016 Rhone blend is a champion. How can it not be? It's Kermit Lynch. 👏🏻😎👏🏻

Tannic with a very nice medium heavy body. Great ripe to almost overripe cherry flavors. This wine is great on its own or with acidic food!

2016 vintage. Solid bang for the buck or QPR. Berries, rhubarb, sage, white pepper and crushed violets in a unexpectedly perfumed nose. Medium body. Silky with those berries (especially raspberry and strawberry) leading the charge on the finish. Fruit cushions the dryish finish to alleviate the tannins somewhat. So close to giving it a 9.0. That said, I’ll be picking up a few more bottles to stock the rack for a solid haus red/cheep chicken.

Great with steaks on grand at Matt’s. Dark, some pepper, smooth, medium-finish.
