Terrazas de Los Andes
Cheval des Andes Mendoza Malbec Blend

"A Grand Cru of the Andes" Im not a huge Malbec fan but this 50/50 malbec and cab sauv blend is fabulous. Still a bit tight but in a few more years this will be a knockout beyond what it already is. Blackberry Jam and dusty earth notes. Brambly fruit on the finish with a cinnamon and clove like finish that is long lasting. With time, a fig like overtone became more prominent with some coffee and brûlée like character.

Disjointed and a bit too earthy, e. g., dirt. Finish intriguing in that it seemed different every time. Pricey for this.
