Lovely strawberries emerge from dark fruit. Tannins and acid make sure you know they’re there.

Crisp, but earthy, light but slightly vegetal and plum skin. Really enjoyed this one. Wish I had more!

#falltacular 2016 charity tasting in the OC. Another solid Mourvèdre from Larry.

Definitely no where near its prime but already drinking quite well. Dark fruit with just a hint of sour cherry, but more of the savory characteristics of Mourvedre come through. Good balance of flavor, acidity and tannins. Upon pop and pour it had very little finish, but after 30 minutes of decanting a nice finish developed with plum flavors carried by fine, dusty tannins.
