Rich tropical waxy

Like the reds. Now I like the white. This one has nice acidity and not overly ripe fruit

100% carricante. light oxidation and malo nose. citrus. med + body, med acidity, med body. katie says "who needs white burgundy?" about really great carricante. I think we both do. this is like a baby carricante with more crispness and a shorter finish and less dynamism. another perfect summer white.

With homemade pork/prawn dumplings. Pale yellow/green. Aromas of ripe yellow fruits, apricot, almond blossom. As fleshy as expected, but fresher than expected, in a good way

Round and ripe similar to Chardonnay but a little more interesting.
