Their inaugural vintage in 1998 was just about 100 cases. They are currently over 5,000 which include five single- Vineyard Syrahs. The Vineyards, like this one, are mostly located in #santabarbaracounty and their tasting room is located in #losolivos. 2011 vintage IN APPEARANCE: this wine is clear, deep and purple in color. No obvious bricking. ON THE NOSE: clean, medium intensity, earth, dark fruit and pepper, fully developed. ON THE PALATE: dry, medium (+) acidity, medium tannin, medium alcohol, medium (+) body, medium intensity, blackberry, black plum, earth and meat. With a medium finish. #centralcoastTheir inaugural vintage in 1998 was just about 100 cases. They are currently over 5,000 which include five single- Vineyard Syrahs. Tight, firm, compact delivery of flavor but fans out like crazy in the mouth. Juicy, meaty, peppery, bloody, killer

This was our 3L for the Christmas party - excellent Syrah, incredibly long tail to it, a little sparkly up front. Was a hit with the guests but I thought fell just short of the Adelaida last year

30+ minute decant and needed that and some. Dark red color. Not a bold Syrah as it had Pinot elements to it. Earthy and grassy versus fruit and depth. I enjoyed it!

2011 Vintage. 15% Alcohol. We liked the 2010 a bit more but this is right behind it in a difficult vintage. Doesn’t have the glycerine legs of the 2010 but yum. Good fruit on the palate and and resolved tannins not attacking the teeth.
