Light ruby in color with light intensity.

Strong nose of chocolate and coffee notes.

Medium plus in body with high acidity.

Sweet on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing sweet and fresh red fruits with oak, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco, alcohol, honey, maple, dark coffee and herbs.

Nice tangy finish with raspberries.

This is a nice sweet wine from Portugal. Easy drinking and a good dessert wine.

A little cloying, but enjoyable nevertheless.

Aged for 20 years in oak barrels.

20% alcohol by volume.

90 points.

Tonight we are going with our sweet tooth instinct, and it paid off nicely... šŸ˜ƒ

Dark Inky in color with a purplish rim.

Beautiful nose of blackberries, blueberries, figs, raisins, sweet cherries, strawberries, cooked plums, vanilla, wood, leather, licorice, pencil lead and peppercorn.

Full bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.

Sweet and fruity on the palate with cherries, currants, blackberries, plums, oak, vanilla, licorice, earth, leather, chocolates, tobacco, cooked cherries, strawberry pie, alcohol and black pepper.

Long finish with soft tannins and sweet cherries.

A Great port that is enjoyable by itself or with sweet desserts.
I Paired it with a banana bread cake and vanilla ice cream.
Well balanced with enough acidity for all that sweetness.
Had it before, and didn't like it as much. Might be the company...

Classic 20 year old tawny from Fladgate. An aromatic nose of toffee, nutmeg, raisins, and glazed pecans. The pallet was a bit light and slightly thin, exhibiting notes of caramel, raisins, and red berries. Also, a bit hot, even for a port with noticeable ethanol creeping up the back of your throat. Overall a nice tawny for sure

Classic. Caramel, nutty, golden raisin, fig, notes. Heat on the end hinders a higher score but still worth the effort.

Excellent but harsher then I would like. Grahams 20 year is better

Delicious. Figs, prunes, honey, and a touch of butterscotch. Silky and satisfying finish.

Had this at Three Ravens in Banff and was pleasantly surprised. A little sweet but not overly so, and had some nice complex flavors. Overall, Iā€™d definitely get this again
