Silky & Sexy: showing some age with deeper yellow hues and some vivid apple, pear, lemon chiffon and hint o’citrus. It’s fattened up a bit but still has great acidic structure, suave texture and long finish, still mineral & stony enough to play nicely w/white clam sauce

Tasted in a blind test from my friend Linda and it had Chardonnay characteristics but is form a Sauv Blanc clone
