Big floral and lemon nose. The nose makes be think that this will be tart and zippy. On the palate, this is more restrained though... The lemon aroma turns to lime flavor... Mineral... There's some acidity to be sure, but less than I was expecting from the nose... This settles in nicely. Round body. Not chewy, but substantial. Medium finish. Almost orange.
