Jul 18th, 2016Ringing in the New Year with this spectacular Canadian Blanc de Noir. A pink champagne colour with watermelon, bread yeast and wild strawberries on the nose. The palate is complex with citrus notes, strawberries and cream, a racy acidity and super delicious. Highly recommend. Loved it.
