One of the more serious, deeper, and richer roses on the market. Right cherries and sweet plums.

Bright fuschia color with smoky grilled strawberry, bright juicy red plum, raspberry sorbet, some grapefruit zest on the back end. Broad and pleasantly bracing acidity on the palate, just a touch of sweetness that wasn't perceived until having with food. A little hotter than I remember, and makes sense at 14.5 (!!)

Generally not much of a rosé fan - but this is delicious. Characteristic Mourvèdre flavor, Grenache depth, fruity and refreshing with great acidity. Went very well with cauliflower ravioli / lemon and grated Romano, even on this cool rainy San Francisco weekday night.
