Première expérience avec Cathiard... c’est bon mais je m’attendais à un peu plus. Peut-être que de passer après Raveneau ne l’aide pas. Un vin d’une belle structure, des fraises et framboises au nez. Des épices viennent s’entremêler au fruit en bouche. Longueur appréciable pour un village.
