This bottle shows more of a lime cordial character on the nose and follows with slightly flinty/petrol driven, crisp, green and yellow fruit in the mouth. Bracingly dry finish.

Pop and pour, the wine is slightly flinty and golden fruited. Day 2 the wine blooms w tropical notes, mainly guava. Seemed sweetwer w air, though a small loss of CO2 may have also contributed.

Opened this a few nights ago and it was little more than a sledgehammer of acid straight to your face. Poured some to pair with some artichokes after two days in the fridge and it has totally changed- fantastic! Beautiful clear, pale straw color. Nose sees vibrant apricots, white peaches, sweet sugar and honey. Palette now is balanced with healthy acid, but countered with tasty minerality, a bit of fruit and honey. Amazing what a couple of days in the fridge can do! Be sure to give this some time as it can develop into an amazing value wine.

Much like the Kabinett, but with a little residual sugar to balance out the blistering acidity. Again, amazing food wine.
