The wine is good. Not amazing but its way better than I expected it to be. Crystal clear straw yellow. Aroma is dominated by pear with very trace to minimal characters of spice, bread, floral, and sulfur. Not overy complex but you can dig out real subtleties if you smell it enough. Flavorwise it drinks a lot like a cider. Really fruity, followed by strong acidity and just a touch of dryness on the finish. Its not wildly deep or complex but its clean, competent and a good value at $10.99. It does a good job of cutting through the richness of saag paneer. And the fruity pear aroma just balances nicely against the strong curry aroma while clearing the palate for the next spicy bite.
