Very cool juice. I don't enjoy most pet nat but this is very well made

Leads with surprising minerality, the fruit slowly emerges with some time in the glass. Remarkably elegant, with more than a nod in the direction of the Jura.

Za zoom-has Jura like verve and piercing acidity, but kept in balance w brambly strawberry & raspberry fruit. Great orange red color. Eye opener-matched both heat & fish.

A start to a crazy night of Trousseau. I can't imagine there has been a lineup of Cali Trousseau quite like this. This is super mineral, but fruit came up as it opened up. #TrousseauFest2015

Who knew bubbly trousseau could be so damn delicious!? Seemed like it would be way funkier than it actually is, but it tastes pretty similar to traditional top-tier bubbly made from Pinot noir.

Light and lean. Nice fleeting fresh baked bread nose. Way cleaner than I expected. Way more French than expected.

Pure and clean with an element of spiced fruit. Heck of a mousse for a pet nat (?!). Was expecting to see a wine of a reddish color, though this has more of a pale golden hue. Either Trousseau removed from it's skins or Trousseau Gris (assuming the former). All my nitpicking aside, it was really delicious. A wine that hipsters and traditionalists can agree upon!
