The wind pours a clear light red. Its flavor is delicate and crisp. I decanted it for about an hour before we had it. I don’t often decant newer ones like this, but I’m glad that I did. There are hints of cherry some strawberry and oak. It was an excellent complement to the prime New York strip and steamed lobster tails we paired it with for our friend Noah‘s birthday. Thanks again to my brother Michael for providing us with this great treat. I haven’t known Starmont but I am seeing it more, probably because I just had it. Definitely recommend it.

Amazing, beautiful Pinot noir. 2014 epic year. Sadly wont age too much longer with skrew top.

Light but tasty. Spice and pepper with a dark berry flavor that tapers at the finish. Drinks well with cheese and pasta.

Not a strong fragrance...
Drinks well, with pepper and spice notes right at the front! Flavors of dark cherry and dark berries with a bit of chocolate and pepper has a finish! Ends more smoothly than it starts.
