Stags' Leap Winery
The Investor Napa Valley Red Blend
Nose of sweetness, plum, currants, and a hint of cedar. Taste of sweetness, dry tannins, meaty, grassy, herby, fruity and low acidity. Aftertaste is jammy with tea note and spiced but doesn't linger too long. Taste exhibits more complexity than the nose.

Sep 10th, 20212012 vintage is very smooth and highly drinkable with steak. No after taste. Berries and earthy. It could’ve had a few more years but it is a very good wine drinkable now.

Aug 25th, 2018If we end up with food poisoning, blame tonight's delicious (yet suspect) feast at an empty BYOB Indian restaurant nestled in the heart of Little Italy. Unconventional pairing in water glasses.
