Stag's Leap Wine Cellars
Fay Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
what I found impressive was how approachable & fruit loaded this was w/o being over the top or unbalanced ~ straight up deeeli$h

Lovely flavor but no finish. I’d love to drink a fresher one.

Apr 11th, 2022Very well balanced and very smooth tannins. easy drinking. No strongly predominant fruit, though can easily note a bit of tobacco, vanilla, fig, and blackberry. Traci and Tara

Jan 1st, 2020Fay all day. Instantly drinkable, and agree that this is ready now. Decanted. Medium soft tannins, dark fruit, a bit of dried fig. Medium bodied and paired perfect with roasted meat. Decent finish of vanilla and cedar but doesn’t have the structure of their SLV or Cask 23. Drink 2018-2022 at the very latest.
