Estate Grown Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a nice Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Showing black fruits with chocolates, cola, light vegetables, oak, vanilla, licorice, spices, tobacco and black pepper.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice legs.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

Might need a few years in the bottle to mature properly

Aged for 19 months in French oak barrels.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

Nice. Some fruit moderate or less tannins. Enjoyable

Nariz: mora, ciruela, cassis, vainilla, un poco de pimiento verde

Clove is the first thing I tasted. I dont get alot of fruit on this wine. Assuming just plum than. Hint of mocha. Medium body and very tannic. Lots of old oak(spicey,clove and nutty)

Nice cab fruity without an oak finish. Excellent by itself and with food

Good....but not great. Better Napa Valley Cabs for the same cost.

OVERALL IMPRESSION (What we liked/didn’t like):
Liked this wine a lot. Has a deep aroma right out of the bottle. Liked the long finish. Classic Cab but on the dry side. Very balanced. Delicious with or without food. Had it with a tomato based pasta and it was excellent.
