Simple done right is what has made this wine so beloved. It’s a nod to Beaujolais in the best way. Light, salty, lean as hell. The use of carbonic magnifies the berriness - strawberries and raspberries with all their makeup. These sold out in Austin in about a day so buy if you can find. Meant to be chilled.
