The 1998 vintage Blanc de Blancs was not disgorged until Spring 2012. With a lightly oxidative nose of nut skin and dried citrus, the creamy palate has a slightly biting mushroom finish following a light cream ultra-clean palate. Baby bello mushrooms a perfect pairing.
