Deep garnet in color. On the nose violet, iron, some rubber, brett and faint cherry. Sour cherry on the initial taste with mouth drying tannins. Second sip you get strawberry with a chalky finish. Leather starts to come through with dried roses and plum. Finally, I got the classic Sangio floral hemo finish. IGT but it seems like a softer gentler DOC.
