Smooth, light color, a bit dry, opens with a chocolate lavender taste and flows out with nice soft fruit with a hint of berry. I’m trying it with lamb shank. Nice accompaniment.

Mute dark cherry, raspberry. The nose is dominated by rich earth, and musty oak. Some spice. Mild sulfur note- like wet wool. Sourdough.
On the palate, dry and tart red fruit, medium but balanced acidity, medium finish. Creamy texture.
