This by no means with a Hirsch and KB on the table is the best Pinot on the table. These pinots really don't seem to hold well. However, this pinot had a LOT of soft, sweet, dirty raspberry and wildflower undernotes with some herbal character. A little bit tart on the finish with a little bit of heat. I think this one has a couple more years in it, but if you have this one I think I'd start making some plans to have it with Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners/functions.

Delicious and singing after an hour decant. Perfect with a cheese platter of Délice de Bourgogne, Truffle Noir and Mahon. Yum!
