WOW. Very pleasantly surprised. Never had a Greek rose before. First off it has a lot of fruitiness but totally dry. It tricks my palette. Aromas of watermelon, cotton candy, strawberry. Bright acid and slight bubbly. Paired with French cassoulet beans and chargrilled octopus. He he he he he.
