Siro Pacenti
Rosso di Montalcino Sangiovese
Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany, Italy
I used to pick sides in the modern/traditional thing but I don't care any more, I'm not into sides in general, I just want good wine made by hand with vision and passion. This wine was friggin' delicious, lots of red fruit, earth, tar, we had it with a classic red sauce that I cooked all day, heaven.

Not bad, was hoping for more acidity, good earth, dry tobacco, cherry, apple peel and spice.
