Crazy nutty oxidation. Bold, big flavor. Hot alcohol, at 16.5%. A Sardinian treat! Unique, it takes an acquired palette.

2005 vintage tasted after being open a year. Held up beautifully- hazelnuts and honey on the nose and the palate completely dry.

Crazy oxidative, like sherry fino. 2005 is the current release! Not fortified, but still reaches a high alcohol content. It's copper colored and cloudy; tastes like rust.

This is wild stuff, 2005 Vernaccia reserva, color was dark but salted hazelnuts and candied orange with very good acid made it delicious to drink, fun wine
