Aged to perfection. Brimming with cedar and bacon fat aromas, favors of forest floor and smoked meats, dried red apple skin and dashi. Beautiful acidity and a wisp of powdery tannins. Bonny FTW. Wow so interesting. A little licorice and oak on the nose.

Well past her prime but an amazing experience and to seen over 30 years.
