On the nose the wine has medium(+) intensity aromas, light reduction with aromas of sulphur and matchstick and gasoline. Hints of lees contact and evolution with aromas of beeswax. On the palate the wine is off dry with a tickle of petillance reminiscent of an Alsatian wine. Medium acidity and high alcohol. Very good. #southafrica #viognier
