Big boy Pinot ! Mike had decanted this for 2 hours before we enjoyed this beauty.
It displayed big, dark, complex characters. In its youth it displays bold upfront fruits - Black cherry, black raspberry. Mid palate - acid / tannins earthiness . Wrapped in a core of black fruits & red licorice. Drink in 2019 & enjoy for the next 8+ years. @Mike R Thanks again for opening your beautiful home to Kristen & I. I'll have to remember to come next time ready to eat! We love you Rhonda ! Can't wait to see you both in November. - at Castle Rowe in Raleigh, NC
