Shangri-La Sacred Heart Sinong Village 2018.
This is a single village wine from the Yunnan region in China. An exceptional blend of 90% Cab Sauv. and 10% Cab Franc. Very aromatic and impressive layers of dark berry, cherry. Nice balance of wood and vainilla notes. Very leathery, chocolate and espresso notes. Long finish and resembles a Bordeaux Style, sort of Pauillac, as it is silky and smooth.
