Dont normally choose merlot but this seemed like good QPR- easy to drink, full and not too jammy. Went with feta, shrimp, + key lime pie = versatile. 2012 vintage

Remarkable Merlot for the price. Rich garnet color, some blueberry nose without seeming jammy, velvety on the palate, leathery tobacco and chocolate finish.
